Hi — I'm Kareem Soufi.

I'm a home baker and aspiring chef currently studying pastry arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. My journey into food has taken me from the front of house to the back — I've worked as a host, server, food runner, and pastry cook across restaurants, and I even launched my own cookie business along the way.

With a degree in Business Leadership and Management, I bring more than just a love for food to the table — I understand the business side too. I'm passionate about turning simple ingredients into something people remember, and I'm just getting started.
